Q:Do you provide customization with our brands?
A:Of course, customization service is available, we'll follow your design to produce.
Q: What is your MOQ and how is the price?
A: Our moq is 500-2000 pieces per color per style. You may also purchase stocks on our website. Fob price is based on your designs, materials, specifcations and the quantity. After you provide all details information of your designs, we'll send to you the best price.
Q: How about your sample fee?
A:Sample fee is required and will be returned after you place an order with our factory. If our sample is available in stock, sample is free of charge but freight paid at buyer's account. For customized designs, it takes $100 per style/color/size with freight paid at account of buyer. Please note that all sample fees are refundable after you place an order with our factory.
Q: How long is the lead-time for production?
A: Normally 30-45 days after all materials are confirmed and received deposit.
Q:What’s your payment?
A:We accept T/T and L/C. 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping.
Q:What is OEM procedure?
A: First of all, Making samples. Then, Placing an orders with us. Next, Making full size samples. Later, Bulking production. Then, Inspection. Later, Sending bulk samples before shipment. Finally, Shipment.
